KamAZ-53213 KO-427 is a garbage truck, with an extendable arm capable of holding up 500 kg (1100 lbs), the garbage is compressed with a special pressing mechanism, and unloaded with a similar pushing mechanism. This truck is very similar in its equipment to its 4 X 2 counterpart KamAZ-4925 KO-437

KamAZ-53213 KO-415 is also a garbage truck, with a manipulator that loads garbage through an opening in the top of the metal body.

KamAZ-53213 KO-505A is equipped with 2 cisterns and designed for transportation of liquids from cesspits {without flamable components}, it includes a vacuum pump, mechanism for winding and unwinding the hose, and a system for automatically washing the hose Each cistern has a capacity of 10m3. The maximum depth of the cisspit from which rubbish can be pumped is 4m (4.5 yds). Maximum vacuum within the cistern is 0.08 kPa. The pump can work at speeds of up to 310m3/hour, so that the cistern fills up in 7-10 minutes. Full weight of this vehicle is 20,500 kg (45,000 lbs).

KamAZ-53213 KO-507A is intended for collecting and transporting eel such as might accumulate in wells or after prolonged rains. The system consists of a cistern, vacuum pump, a projecting arm. The arm is manipulated with a portable control. Unloading of the contents of the cistern is done just by tipping it. The volume of the cistern is 7m3 and the maximum depth of a well to be cleaned, given the density of the rubbish is not more then 1400 kg/m3 is 4 meters (4.5 yds) and the maximum vacuum attained inside the cistern is 0.095 kPa. Maximum angle to which the cistern can be tipped is 60.

KamAZ-53213 KO-512 is designed for cleaning sewer pipelines. It is used not only in emergency situations but also for around the clock maintencance check-up cleaning. The cistern has a volume of 9.05 m3 and the diameter of the opening to be cleaned can vary from 150-1000 mm (6-40 inches). The water pump can work at up to 12.5 m3/hour. Maximum pressure in the pump is 16 kPa while the working pressur at the time of cleaning is only 1.6 kPa. The length of one of the hoses is 100 meters (110 yds).

KamAZ-53213 MS-91 is a garbage truck with a body of volume of 22.5 m3 and maximum load of garbage is 9100 kg (1900 lbs.). The full load mass of this truck is 20,500. Length is 8700, width is 2560, and the hight is 3600 mm. This model is very closely related to its 4 X 2 counter part, KamAZ-4925 MS-70.

There also existed a model KamAZ-53213 KO-806 which as essentially the same as KamAZ-4925 KO-806 except it was not 4 X 2, but rather 6 X 4.
