DT-24 and T-28 were intended for management of inter-bed plants, transportational and other tasks. These tractors were made on Vladimirsky Tractor Plant. Overall, 17,300 DT-24-2 and 82,500 T-28 were made. Between 1956-1970, cotton management modifications of these tractors were made together with Uzbek Tractor-assembling Plant. 42,900 cotton tractors were made.
