*This truck is intended for transporting metal and servicing the loading/unloading functions by itself. It is supplied with "Sinegorec-75" (5 KB [87]) mechanical arm. "Sinegorec-75" can exert power of up to 75 kNm and the maximal length of the extended shaft is 7.8 m (8.5 yds). It can turn 380 degrees horizontally and up to 85 degrees and it has a mass of 1950 kg (2050 lbs). Its load weight is 12,000 (25,000 lbs) and full mass is 24,000 (50,000 lbs). Its dimensions are 9.3 X 2.5 X 4. The body has a volume of 18 m3 and inside dimensions of 4.72 X 2.31 X 1.7 meters.

The gasoline transporting version has a single cistern which has a volume of 13,000L (4,000 gal). It takes 50 minutes for it to empty itself, with a pump this time is decreased to 38 minutes. It has a full load mass of 24,000 kg (50,000lbs). The pump is indexed as SCL-00A and can pump at 360L/minute with power of 6.5 kWatts. There are two modifications of this fuel carrier, one is KamAZ-53229 (6 X 4) indexed as ATZ-17 and AC-17 [length is 8900mm, height is 3200mm]; and the other one is KamAZ-53228 (6 X 6) indexed as ATZ-13 and AC-13 [length is 8200mm, height is 3100mm].
